DO NOT take your dry cleaning to this business. They ruined 4 of my shirts and refused to pay me for the shirts they ruined -- They also lost a pair of my pants and because i didnt have the receipt they told me i did not bring the pants in. This place is very unprofessional, cursing at me when I complained and is a cheap and horrible cleaning service. Pay 10 extra cents and go around the corner, this place is terrible.

New Members is fantastic; its not only the least expensive place I can find (especially on Weds and Fri when its 30% off!!) but the woman who runs it is very polite and courteous, and has excellent customer service. When she was unsure whether I wanted to dry clean a certain item, she texted me a picture of it and asked permission... 5/5, 10/10, love it.

At first I was kinda skeptical about the 30% off and how well they would turn out. After couple times of using them I realize that they are one the best cleaners Ive been to. The ladies working there are friendly and very helpful. Most importantly they do a great job. I love the 30% off Wed and Sat.

I was super excited about this place especially because of the reviews/discount prices. But then I got my clothes back and they ALL smelled like body odor (I promise they did not smell like that when they went in there). Im going to have to pay to take them somewhere else just to get the smell out.

Great service and quick turnaround even right before the snowstorm! Love the 30% discount on Weds/Sat- makes it very reasonably priced. All my garments looked great and the cashier who takes in the clothes is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back!

Dont think Tim has the right place because this is place is great! The girl who works there, is super friendy and helpful. I get all my alternations there and they are very quick. The price is great and I have been a customer for 5 years now.

Reliable and honest. I had actually torn my pants myself, but didnt see it until they pointed it out. They could have cleaned them and charged me, but instead they just gave them back to me. Cant beat the price either.
