My dress came back wrinkled, the basket weave pattern was crooked and folded, rather that straight and neat when I had left it, and there is a spot that looks like a tear. The person working there would not acknowledge this as I pointed them out to him several times, and he told me to take my business elsewhere. At $1.98 per item, you really do get what you pay for. I will never use this dry cleaner again.

I had 10+ items dry cleaned. Sweaters and dress pants all came back destroyed. Flat front pants came back with added pleats, scorch marks, and are much shorter than before. Sweaters are too short now to wear. I think they just wash clothes rather than dry clean and then dry them. Half of my winter business wardrobe is ruined, and they will not do anything about it.

For years, this was our favorite cleaners. They did an excellent job, but a month ago, I took a sweater there and it came back shrunk. I wouldnt give them anything but shirts anymore.
