Disappointed! As a first time customer, I brought my suit to be altered for sleeves and pant hemmed. After picking up the suit I realized one sleeve was longer than The other. I had to leave for a trip so they said I could bring back the jacket after my trip. I returned and dropped off my jacket on a Wed morning asking for it to be finished by Saturday, before my 8am flight on Monday. I go on saturday morning to pick up but they tell me its not ready. So I have to stop by at 6am before my flight because I needed this suit for the trip. This is my third visit now for this one jacket to be altered properly. Out of frustration I ask for some sort of discount. The guy says not for this work done. He says youll get discount on next alteration. I said i dont think Ill come back then. He shrugs. Clearly he doesnt value my business and so Im def not returning.

I brought an ivory colored sweater to them for dry cleaning. It was returned to me with the front bleached out and still dirty. When I brought it back to them, the owner accused my wife of wearing it, spilling someting on it to stain it, and trying to rip them off by demanding they fix their mistake. They then tried to offer me $10 to replace it or $50 store credit. I refused both and choose instead to warn the consumers.
