I find myself motivated by the attendant to give a very poor review. Like all the others stated, the place is a mess. The laundry machines that were labeled as working were dented and had rusty spots. Two of the three front loaders were labeled as broken. The attendant/owner yelled at me to use the other machines. Based on the general filth of the area and because my goal was to actually clean my clothes, I wasnt about to put my clothes in any of the machines. I walked out, but not before the guy outright lied to me and said he didnt have a phone book when I inquired about other laundromats. There were three phone books lying about in the mess right in front of my face. Then he yelled at me to put them back when I was done. Where? In the pigsty I pulled it out of? Wish I could give a better review, because service people work hard and deserve kudos for everything they do. Not this guy. Im writing this review as a favor to everyone else. STAY AWAY!

Worst place ever ! Just run away ! The owner is just crazy, shouted on me and chased me out of his creepy place just after I said hello, not sure what is wrong with him, might be on the edge of bankruptcy or worst due to its terrible customer service. If you need a laundromat in the neighborhood, go to the one on Viers Mills Road out of Twinbrook Avenue...

I just called to get some info (how many machines, how many items would fit in one load, how much did it cost, etc.), and the guy who answered was very rude and unhelpful. Not understanding my questions or not wanting to give me the info... not sure, but Im not going to waste my time there.

A filthy place with the front loaders broken and a rude attendant. Makes you wonder how this place stays in business, except that there are few other options in Rockville.
