Fantastic cleaners with excellent customer service. Not cheap, but well worth the extra cost for the quality of service you get compared with other cleaners in the area. We started using them when we lived in Clarendon, and still drive out there from DC once a week to get our drycleaning done - thats how good they are. They do everything on-site and use environmentally-friendly processes, so your clothes dont smell like chemicals afterward. They also check for tears or loose buttons and do repairs proactively for just a few dollars extra, which I appreciate. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend.

I regret making the change from my previous dry cleaner. I figured I would give Hurt Cleaners a try because they were organic. I was very dissatisfied with the quality and price for dry cleaning 4 dresses. The hanger straps were cut out on one dress and another dress has blue bleed marks on a white band. Ive dry cleaned the same dress before without any issues. Also the price was not available on the pickup ticket, on your website, or posted in the store. I blindly paid almost $60 for 4 dresses and received subpar work.

I take all my dry cleaning here. Outstanding and friendly service. Ive tried several different dry cleaners around Arlington over the years since I moved to area, and Hurt Cleaners is by far the best in the area. I also like that they do all dry cleaning services on site and dont ship it out to a dry cleaning factory like some others in the area. Highly recommend Hurt Cleaners!!!

Its a nice clean well put together business sadly its ridiculously expensive and they really need to re-evaluate what "heavy starch" means. At $5 a shirt I need to see some creases on my sleeves. I used them once and I will not use them twice. We are paying for the overhead in running that building. There are other cleaners that are cheaper and do a better job.

I cant say enough good things about Hurt Cleaners. The prices are reasonable and they take great care of your clothes. They even sewed a button on an item of mine that was missing when it came in and did not charge me for it. Alterations are great too! Ive tried lots of cleaners in this area and Hurt is the best!

Have been going to Hurt Cleaners for over 10 years now. Tried a few other options a few years ago and discovered that Hurt Cleaners was the best with cleaning quality, customer service and friendly staff. Never had any issues whatsoever. Average 1x week and sometimes heavy volumes with very fast service.

I brought 2 pants for alteration regardless of their higher price tag, and when I came back to pick them up on the promised day, they did not finish the alteration and asked me come back! Totally NOT recommended if you care your time and money!

Have used them for about a year, they have lost a business shirt and put a hole in my wifes blouse. They take no responsibility for these incidents and are impossible to deal with. Moving on.
