I have been using Clean & Smart for about 18 months. The service is great and the dry cleaning equals much more expensive places. When Ive brought in items they werent sure they could handle (e.g., leather or sequins), they told me right away and suggested I take the piece elsewhere. I appreciate their honesty, value and the fact that my items are ALWAYS ready at the promised time. So far, I havent had any items lost or damaged. At $1.99/piece, if they lose a shirt one day, Ill still be ahead of the game. The hours are great and they are even open on Sunday. What more could you ask?

My husbands military trousers often come back with railroad tracks which they will gladly press again but who has time to keep bringing them back. Worst of all is the not clean smell in the arm pit area of his dry "cleaned" shirts. I made them of aware of the problem but again today the shirts smelled like they did when I dropped them off. Ugh! Cheap/fast but not clean. Laundered dress shirts are clean and nicely pressed however.

This place ruined my new blazer. I bought this blazer from Macy and only worn it once. Looks like they had put my blazer into washer instead of dry cleaning it. The blazer look totally different from the time I dropped it off. It shrunk, the color faded, and the blazer material just felt so weired. I will never go back there again.

They are cheap and effective for business shirts and suits. I would suspect they use less chemical cleaning agents b/c of the cheap price. If you have heavily soiled or expensive clothing go somewhere else. For lightly dirty and work-horse clothing this place is just fine. This is the value, every-day dry cleaners.

I have taken many articles of clothing there and they have always done a great job. Of course, all my clothes are inexpensive and that is why I go to an inexpensive dry cleaners. Reason would dictate that if you splurged on the price when buying the item, you should splurge on the cost of dry cleaning.

This is the best dry cleaners! Everything—suit, coat, dress, fancy dress, beaded dress—is $2.29. They check everything throughly when you take it in for existing issues or loose pieces. Ive taken lots of items here over the years and they do a better job than many other places that are 3x the price.

I have used smart clean for about 8 months now... not anymore... each time that I go I find that some of my shirts still have stains on them... also, I take slacks in and they often come back pressed but not clean.... same old stains... cheap but not always clean...

One of the best dry cleaners in the area. I come all the way from MD to get my important stuff cleaned here because they do a great job. Very professional and very nice staff. Not to mention the great prices they have.

Affordable dry cleaners. They do a good job on the items that I had taken so far. I use them on a regular and I can get my clothes back on the same day as long as they are in like 10 a.m. . Staff is friendly.

I had 3 500.00 dresses and they ruined them. Please protect youself and your clothes. They may be cheap but they will ruin you clothes and you will lose even more money!
