I agree completely with the Jan. 19, 2009 review. The only reason I take my dry cleaning here is the convenience. Here are some of the gripes: *quality of the cleaning has been poor at times e.g. stains on shirts *broken buttons on 2 shirts (is she drumming up tailoring business this way.) *the lady will attempt to nickel and dime you to death e.g. I have only regular cotton shirts however she charged me extra for one shirt that she said was "denim"; I confronted her about it and she just ignored me and stood there waiting for payment (very bizarre person.) This is just not good customer service. What is 40 cents to lose a customer; again, if it werent for the convenience I would not take my dry cleaning here.

do NOT go here. Even if you live right next door, it is not worth the hassle. The woman is so mean that she encouraged me to write my first google review ever - just to make sure no one else made the same bad decision. In addition, she STAINED TWO OF MY SHIRTS and ignored me when I confronted her. All of the shirts still had wrinkles and looked unkempt/unprofessional. I would rather drive 20 mins to find another cleaner than revisit this local cleaner. Make the right decision and take your business elsewhere.

I really dont understand the negative reviews, it must have been a different person operating this place 6 years ago. Shes always super friendly to me and everything comes back looking great and on time.

I have decided to stop going here because of the ladys attitude, even though it is by far the most convenient location for me. She ruins my day every time I go to pick up/drop off. :(
