This is the worst place to work for how can people say its a good place to work for stop bs. They didnt pay me for my scale job its been 7 weeks now smh they lie about the pay rate so you can go do a job then when you get back from the job the pay rate is less i have a lawyer working on it now if they think there not going to pay me think again. Anyway i feel like if you people can get up and work for them why not go and get a real job i did and now i dont have to worry bout if im going to work today people get it together.your being pimped work 8 hrs for 50 bucks smh never will i work for them never. They feel like they can talk to you anyway cause most people dont have the intelligence to stand up and say anything back really i dont care if i need money. Im not going to be treated like a child. Black people if you dont stand for something your stand for anything. Go out and find a real job is my recommendation. Stop kissing ass people there other temps out there.

Ive worked for labor ready off and on most of my adult working life. Its a good way to make extra money or even get on a temp job that leads to full time employment. I have good and bad experiences with the company; this location has the worst system for picking workers Ive seen so far. Generally you come in before the office opens and sign in according to when you arrived, then they dispatchers go down the list and match the people, with the qualifications then and the order you arrived. This location has no list and I came from another location and tried to explain that I was already an employee and just needed to be considered. It took them two days to take down my name. Needleless to say, I didnt work either day. Still think labor ready is decent work in general, but this location, is substandard. Try the eastern avenue location first, then even laurel, youll get much better results.

I have worked at the labor ready Annapolis Ready office a few times. Each time I arrive before the office opens up and still I am only picked for tickets after the office personal pick people that go get their breakfast or do some other favor for them. I have witness workers getting paid that do not even go out for tickets. They had flaggers go out that did not had their flaager certification. One labor ready office worker always picked her boyfriend to out on the best tickets. When you come back from a job, they make you wait for hours just to get paid. This office needs some help.
