I am thoroughly impressed with Arocon service and quality work. Our experience was with their regional manager, Adam Whitaker. I phoned several local roofing companies. Not only did he return my call first, he quoted us a price on roof, windows, and gutters that could not be beat. Due to rain, there were 3 rescheduled appointments and for each appointment, they reached out to me to let me know the situation and always confirmed a new date for construction. The roof that was installed was a high quality shingle and took less than 2 days total for a home and detached garage. The windows also took two days and there was never a trace of trash, debris, or left over construction materials. I have already seen a 27% decrease in the cost of cooling our home AND the level of noise coming in. It can be difficult to expect any sort of communication from a roofing company and Arocon went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Adam and Arocon for any interior and exterior work that needs to be done to your home. Thanks Arocon!!!

When he was done, he sat down with my husband and I and went through everything he had done and made suggestions on immediate future service recommendations. I was immensely pleased with this company! On two different occasions I contacted them needing assistance. The first time I had a leak at my home, the second time with a leak at my mothers home. My fiancé and I had a leak develop around our chimney so we called Arocon to come out and take a look at it. They showed up at the appointed time and gave us a great price to repair our chimney. It has been 6 months since they came and we are still leak free! We will definitely be calling Arocon to do our siding and windows very soon!
