Took luggage in for wheel repair.....counter person was on personal call and never stopped the whole time I was there...I showed her what I wanted fixed and she pushed the ticket toward me to fill out and then did say it would be ready on Sat. Went back to pick up and owner was there and said it could not be repaired because the whole part the wheel is attached to, has to be purchased and he cant do that....they should not advertise luggage repair, and their customer service is terrible...went to shop in Pikesville that only does luggage(owner worked at Howard Luggage for 22 yrs) and they can fix my wheel for just $36 and they were very pleasant and helpful.....

My boyfriend and I have been dropping off our clothes here for almost two years, and the gentleman that owns/operates this cleaner is extremely nice, and very funny. He has a thick Greek accent, but that makes the delivery of his jokes all the better in my opinion. Hes helped me collect my clothes a number of times even though I consistently lose my ticket, and hes given me discounts on the spot for loyally returning to his cleaners each and every time I need to have clothes cleaned. Be prepared! If you give him an opportunity to make a joke (even if it is at your expense), hes going to take it in the hopes of making you laugh!

I absolutley agree with Donyale. I called to inquire about repairing luggage and the man on the phone was as rude as had been said. I was trying to be cordial and he shouted that he has not time and I should hurry up and tell him what I want. He needs to go for customer service training. Definitely would not recommend his store to anyone. Swin
