This place destroyed my evening gown! They called to tell me that the black bled into the white. Im like, what the hell kind of solution are yall using! So I told them they better fix it! So without my permission, they took the dress apart to fix the white part of the dress. The dress is now a hot mess because she didnt put it back together right. Last time I checked, Ralph Lauren didnt work at that cleaners! I am very upset and will demand compensation for my gown today even if I have to obtain a lawyer. Find another cleaners...dont bother with this one!

Was not happy today.....put 4 $in big dryer and it did not dry one piece of clothing!!!! Was here on Saturday and put 2 loads of darks that had 4 pairs of jeans in them and they dried in same amount of time....
