This is by far the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. I thought I would give this dry cleaners a try because it was close to my house. I took about 9-10 very nice, expensive dress shirts to be dry cleaned. When I returned to pick up the items I noticed that they were all pressed completely flat including the collar and creases on the back of the shirt. About three of the shirts were so poorly pressed that there were large, massive creases that made the shirt unwearable. I asked the lady what can be done about the way my shirts came out. She told me that my shirts came out that way because they use a machine to press shirts and I should have spent more money for them to hand press the shirts. I told her that I have never taken my shirts anywhere and had them come out the way that they did and that it wasnt acceptable. The lady told me that I should take my shirts back to them. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a business! As a customer who NEEDS to dress as professionally as possible for work and business I was appalled at this response. I asked them for half of the cost they charged me since the shirts came out so poorly and they refused to do so. She then had another guy who claimed he was the owner come over and he said they would not give me any money back. They then proceeded to walk away and act like I wasnt standing there anymore. This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever set foot in. If you value your clothing I would STRONGLY suggest that you take it else where. I am sure that anywhere else you will be treated with much more respect as a customer/patron.

WOULD NOT SUGGEST TO MY WORST ENEMY I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reliable dry cleaners for my work clothes. When I dropped off my items everything was normal. They asked for my phone number and added my name to the system. I left a couple of dress pants and dress shirts for work. When I returned a few days later to pick up my items I was very dissatisfied with how my clothes had been handled. I noticed a button missing from one of my Brooks Brothers dress shirts and to make matters worse they had been overly pressed. I showed the woman the missing button and how my shirts had come out. She told me "you get what you pay for" and that I should have paid more to have it dry cleaned. I explained to her that I had asked for my items to be dry cleaned. She told me that they just washed them. I asked her what can be done about my shirts and she said "you get what you pay for" again and walked away. I called after her several times but she pretended not to hear me until another customer walked in. When the other customer came in she went to the second register and left me standing there. She never came back over or seemed to care that they had damaged my shirt and also did a bad job taking care of my valued dress shirts. I have never been to a business that treats customers like this. I have never written a review before but a friend suggested that I spread the word. Please dont give these people your business. They do not value or respect customers.
