I was out of town and the hotel I was staying at had laughable facilities, so I was stuck with 2 weeks worth of dirty laundry. I found this place and liked the reviews. I was so lucky to find this place! It is beyond helpful. They will wash your laundry literally ANY way you want, and in my case they finished it all in the same day, which was important since I was leaving the next day. I was on vacation so I didnt want to sit there doing it myself. The reviews are correct, the area is pretty shady and you wont want to spend much time outside, but the place itself is very comfortable and very secure. I felt very comfortable and the staff couldnt be more helpful. They turned a disaster into a pleasant situation. I just wish they are around where I live.

Ive been doing my laundry here for over a year, and its consistently a nice, clean location. Be prepared - the location doesnt use change, but will have you sign up for a membership and be assigned a card charge via credit or debit card, then use to run the machines. Its a shock to some, but I find it far easier to handle just the card than constantly scrape together change. Festiva gets really busy on the weekends, so if possible plan a weekday trip. Its a bit less loud, and theres a large discount on driers most of the week.

I visited this place right before it opened as I know the owner. From the childrens play area to the huge and awesome equipment - I was blown away. That was some years back and Im not surprised that everyone goes there now. It doesnt have that seedy feeling that other laundromats in the area have. Its well-lit, inside and out, always clean and well managed. Id give it 5 awesome stars. (Id give it six if they offered free massages while they did my laundry)

Yesterday was my first time using Festiva and I was very impressed. The attendant was very helpful and helped me to get started. Very clean and safe, lots of machines and no waiting! I will definitely be back! I wish there was a location in Ephrata.....hint hint!

I come here even though I have an apartment-sized washer/dryer. Wonderful customer service, super clean, kind employees, free coffee, lots of tables and seating, no quarters needed, free wifi & kids play area, safe at all hours...I actually look forward to laundry day!

Wanted to use wash and fold service, as my dryer had broken the night before, woman behind counter could not have been more disrespectful and obnoxious. So turned off I took my laundry back and left. Will never support this business again!!!!

Love Festiva. It is 24hrs now. They have hot dryers. Only downfall is parking, and the potholes when pulling out. Pulling in to make the left, is a little discouraging as well.
