I am proud to post a review of this business. They are professional and courteous and prompt. They always do a expert job with my clothing. You will not be disappointed. But the real reason I wanted to post a review is because they always treat me as if I am a valued customer. You always want to go to a place where everyone knows your name and when I walk into Admiral Cleaners I feel like they know exactly who I am and they will do a great job with my clothes. They serve a very large, still growing population and they are a large company but somehow you still feel like you are visiting your local neighborhood dry cleaner. I appreciate them and feel great about supporting them.

I will NEVER RETURN to Admiral cleaners. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS and RIDICULOUS. For a couple of simple lightweight summer maxi dresses I was charged a so-called "gown" price of $31.95 for EACH dress. No wonder they dont have a price list posted anywhere and there are no prices on the customers receipt. Before moving to Crofton, Id been taking my clothes to the same cleaners for years, and the prices were always listed on the receipt, so I was appalled and shocked at such HIGH prices for no special service. The clothes didnt look that great. I somewhat blame myself for not asking for a PRICE LIST before putting my clothes into Admiral Cleaners. Lesson Learned!

It was HORRIBLE! First of all, the prices are ridiculous. $25 for a jacket, pants and tie. The cleaning was horrible, the clothes were wrinkled, and they had "lost" the $60 dollar tie, that they, and i quote, "couldnt do anything about." The tie was on the receipt! They are so careless, and SUPER rude. DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Always been pleased with their work but it took like 3 days to get a shirt and pants back. Then the price I was charged stumped me. I cant remember exactly what it was but i remember feeling like it was a little on the absurd side for two items.

Thought their work was good, but their prices were outrageous. As a former dry cleaners owner in DC, I could not believe what I paid for the few clothes I took in. I will not take anything else there.

$18.80 to dry clean 2 pairs of pants...no prices are posted so you do not know until you go to pick up your clothes. Absolutely ridiculous prices.
