I used to get my haircuts at One & Only Barber Shop. Until today (2-17-16), I made an appointment with One & Only Barber Shop for 330 PM but I was tied up at the doctors office that took longer than expected. So I got there a little late. Never did I think I would have to sit and wait for two hours before I give up and left the premise. There were people that comes in long time after I got there and they got called in to get their haircuts in less than 30 minutes. But me? Two hours and still no haircut. Never did I feel so insulted by that. As Deaf person, I know the communication would be difficult to deal with from time to time and Im very reasonable but with what happened as of today? Ill never come back to that place. They just lost a loyal customer. R-
