Pros: They were flexible and responded to my concerns timely and appropriately. The director Veronica is so sweet and energetic - my son took to her right away. They always seemed friendly, and did art projects and played outside in the summer. My son particularly loved splash day. Cons: There were a couple things that I was told or saw that seemed off or odd, but not bad. However, the one and two year olds share a room in the morning with one teacher. And quite honestly, I saw more of that teacher yelling at kids then engaging them. My son got more and more upset each day I dropped him off, and I know something there did not feel right or comfortable to him, although he is too young to tell me. (Within a week of getting him in a new daycare he was happy during drop off and pick up, and happier with his teachers and thriving more than he did at Just us Kids). I was not sure whether to give this place a 2 star or 3 star review. Quite honestly, we did not like it, but I am not sure if its because it wasnt a good fit for what we were looking for, or there was something bigger going on that would give parents a cause for concern. I just know that I grew less and less comfortable leaving my son there, which is the opposite of how it is supposed to work. If you are looking for flexibility, convenience, and babysitting - this place is fine. If you are looking for more engaging teachers you may want to expand your search. Also, if you are going to be looking at the one and two year old program, make sure you are completely comfortable with ALL the teachers first. Unfortunately, one bad teacher can ruin the culture even with 2 or 3 decent or good teachers.

I enjoy the excitement and energy of the director and all her staff. I observed a learning environment that allows my babies to thrive in a quality, caring, and educational program such as Just Us Kids. I love how the director interacts with the parents as well as the children, she does exercise, dance or yoga, and today was cooking pancakes and turkey bacon for the children, parents, and staff.A home away from home environment. The new curriculum is the best learning tool kit for all ages. Friendly staff, willing to answer my concerns and look forward to another school year. Thanks you so much for making my children enjoy getting up each morning and coming to school.

They were very friendly as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and seated. I was referred to place down the street from there and just happened to past this one first. The daycare down the street doesnt even have a website, that is how I knew that wasnt the place for my son to be. If you ever hear of a daycare called "Minds Emotions" dont EVER take you kid there. I am so glad that I went to that dirty daycare first so I could compare to the daycare down the street and there was a significant difference Just-Us-Kids is a great place for your child. This was my first time sending my child to daycare, and I dont have to look anymore. THANK GOD!

I am so glad I found this day care provider as they have been more than understanding of the unique situation I have with my daughter. Many places would have turned us away knowing that my daughter was going to be spend extended periods of time on the West Coast but Just Us Kids welcomed us in with open arms and have treated my daughter like family. I highly recommend this facility!
