Got in an accident affecting the front passenger side bumper and fender area. Two months and 5 days ago I dropped off the car with them because of the good reviews here. I was told I would be called throughout the process so I can take pictures or they would email me pictures. That didnt happen, but I wasnt expecting it, and they seemed busy, so no big deal. I called to get status updates and told numerous times I would get a call back. Never did, but people forget and some have bad organizational skills, so no big deal. Seven weeks in (and numerous calls), Im told theyre having trouble getting parts. No big deal. 2 months in I stop by and get to see the car in process. Paul tells me hell waive the 15% Geico was going to make me pay. Thats a nice gesture in exchange for the time it took. I picked up the car today. The front bumper is about 1.5 inches off center. Theres a centimeter gap between the fender and corner lamp. The brackets, visible in the wheel well, are still bent. The bumper cover is epoxied to the brackets. Over spray all over the hood and wipers. This IS A BIG DEAL! Theyre taking another swing at it and I will certainly make this a five star review for five star work. The quality of the work is the number one trait I want in a body shop. If you want to save money and deal with friendly people, its a fine shop. If you want your car repaired right, this might not be your best bet. UPDATE: Picked up the car for the second time. Overspray has been partially cleaned up. Bumper is still off center. My corner lamp is now epoxied to my headlight. Not properly fixed.

My lease was ending and the dealer was deducting $1300 from my trade in because they said I had body and paint damage in addition to a cracked tail light. Although I dont know anything about repairs and cars in general, I know when Im being fed b.s. At least I figured Id pay the $500 deductable from my insurance and do it elsewhere. I found Allston Collision Center and have to say the experience was refreshing. It really makes it a great experience when the staff go out of your way to not only give you great service, but a fair and HONEST price! Mark and Paul went out of their way to take care of me. This was the first place I stopped by and felt so at ease I didnt bother to get a second opinion. And I have a type A personality. They quoted me a fraction of the cost of what my deductible would be!!! The quote they gave me was for the tail light part and labor. But when I inspected the job it turns out they got rid of a large bumper scratch that I thought Id have to pay extra for at no additional charge. To top it off I came in sooner than Id told them and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. I work in a small business and have to say these guys are the best when it comes to customer service!

My car (BMW M3) was hit during Christmas shopping on the drivers front end and my entire front end was ripped off of the car, peeled from the drivers side to the passengers side. From the moment I walked in to Allston Collision Center, Paul took control and guided me through the entire process. Fortunately, he and his shop are a preferred vendor with my insurance company (USAA) because there was a small issue with my claim, not getting on to USAAs internal systems for 11 days. Paul handled most of the communication between my insurance company and the rental car company (I had the car for 6 1/2 weeks). At the end of the entire ordeal, the car looked great. Im bringing it back for some additional cosmetic work. On top of all of that, due to some shipping snags (the insurance thing) and the holidays it took a while to get things done. Paul stepped up and covered the additional cost of the rental car for me and saved me $$ on my deductible. I cant say enough good things about these guys. Great shop, great work, fantastic customer service.

This is by far the best body shop Ive ever been to, either as a customer or a auto hobbyist. I was referred here by the shops front office manager who is a patient at the medical office I work for. My car is a 2003 Subaru WRX, and it needed some love. The front end was cracked up due to an incident with a low pole that I struck, and that evil rear quarter panel rust that plagues all Subarus started to rear its ugly head. Paul and Mark made the entire process a real pleasure. They were professional, courteous, and very honest. They gave me a fantastic deal on the work I had done (and I had a lot), and they got it to me in record time even after dealing with 7 hard winters worth of New England rust. When I picked up the car, it was IMMACULATE. I almost didnt recognize it! These guys are true professionals, a dying breed in the auto repair business who do business the right way. Honest straightforward pricing and great service make Allston Collision Center the place where I will always bring my body work to be done. You will NOT be disappointed!

This was the first time since I bought my car seven years ago that I needed collision repair. I was very anxious and apprehensive to begin but thankfully I brought my car to Allston Collision center. Through the entire process Paul was friendly, straight forward and helpful. The team worked closely with my insurance company. They kept me informed and explained every step. Most importantly the body repair was impeccable. The guys went above and beyond what was necessary. My passenger side door looked like crumpled aluminum foil and now you can’t even tell. Hopefully I do not have to repair my car anytime soon, but if I do I know exactly where I will go. I highly recommend Allston Collision Center.

I have known Paul and Mark for over 10 years and, indeed, they are the real deal! First of all, their team does the job very professionally; every time I needed work, it came out as new! Whether is was my BMW, or my parents Honda, it doesnt matter, the results are outstanding! Second, they know how to deal with insurance companies, claims, and it makes such a difference after an accident! Third, they helped me every time to get a good deal with the rental car companies, when I need a replacement car. Yes, Paul and Mark are like my family! I send my friends there, I bring my family there. I would not let anybody else touch my cars! It is as good as it gets!

Im really impressed and thankful for what an outstanding job this shop has done! I have never gotten into an auto accident before, and wasnt sure of the process. Paul and Mark made the entire experience extremely simple and saved me money! My husband was even skeptical at first, and assumed I was somehow being taken advantage of-- he came to the shop himself and found out first hand that this was not the case! Over-all, the customer service was top notch, and the repair work was done perfectly. This shop has definitely earned a life-long customer! The repairs were also done quickly, and the car was cleaned for my pick up (nice touch).
