This place is great! The people are nice, friendly and professional. Sergei is awesome and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The cost was exactly what they said it was going to cost. It is so great to be able to take someone and the company that they represent at face value. He is now going above and beyond and referring me to a trusted mechanic in the area to have my suspension fixed. I hope I do not need it again, but if need be I will definitely return and I would definitely recommend this shop. (I do have to say though that when the older woman came out from the back office to reprimand and quite frankly needlessly bicker with the nice woman working at the front desk, speaking down to her in a degrading tone was quite unprofessional and should have been handled in private.)

I dont usually bother posting reviews but when I encounter superb and honest service by a Body shop as I did with Boston Body Works I am eager too share my experience, In a nutshell inexpensive charge for the body work these guys did for me. Believe me I shopped around. I was given a fixed price and Pat kept it that way no surprises when I picked up my car. Sergei provided me with excellent accurate updates on the status of my vehicle. Added bonus I believe the car was cleaned and detailed. Forget the over priced shops elsewhere and drop by this local community shop employing talented conscientious locals who really know what they are doing at a fair price. Thanks

I have brought my car there for body work after an accident and recently when my window that would not go up...Patrick and his staff were phenomenal. Patrick is super friendly and we talked almost the whole time my car was being fixed. Plus he saved me a few hundred dollars by recommending to buy my own part and then bring my car back in to have them fix the window. Im not too sure how many places would be so honest and tell you to do that. Thank you very much!!!

When my 2009 nissan 370z was rear-ended, Upon entering the shop ,the owner greeted me and gave me a handshake, His friendly staff did a phenomenal job with my vehicle, My car was back looking show room ready within a few short days. Auto Spa did a nice job detailing my Acura MDX. The person who greeted me was friendly, and he even upsold me to getting an interior detail on top of the daily deal for exterior detailing that I had bought. The job was done on time and met my high standards. I took off one star because the location was a little out of the way and up a big hill, so not as convenient as it could be.

Excellent job. My car literally came back looking better than I bought it (granted, I bought it used) -- which is to say it looked like new. Great body work, detailed the car as well (so the interior also looked newer than the day I bought it). No complaints. I would go back there again in a heartbeat.

I dropped off my car needing a few repairs and looking forlorn and got my car back looking and acting like it is brand new! I am very pleased with the promptness of all staff in taking care of this transaction and completing the work. I will definitely refer friends to get their cars repaired at BBW.

Phenomenal! Patrick (owner) and Dona (receptionist) were super friendly and professional. All other staff I interacted with were sweet and polite too. Delivery was one day instead of two and my car looked perfect, both inside and outside, when I picked it up. Would recommend this place any day.

Excellent body repair on brand new foreign vehicle. Saved me money on parts and labor. Very quick turnaround -- did not need rental. Full detailed car wash (by hand), and interior cleaning after repair. Extremely satisfied. Excellent customer service by Sergei and Patrick. Highly recommend.

Patrick and Victor both are very helpful gentlemen to help repairing my rear bumper, the price isnt ideal but the quality is indeed satisfied that the paint is exactly the same with the original and even gave me a car wash after it.
