I have never been happier with my mechanic! I was in a car wreck at the beginning of the summer and went to Fred M Susan who I had not previously used but it was recommended by a friend. First, they took me to and from the T station when I dropped off and picked up my car which was not necessary because it was not a far walk. Second, when I went to pick up my car on a Friday and there were issues with my credit card, an employee came in on a Saturday, a day that the shop is not open, so that I could get my car and have it for the weekend. Lastly, the car is running better than ever and it was washed and cleaned inside and out when I went to pick it up. They are amazing here.

I got a quote from another place to fix our side mirror for $100, but Fred did it for about $40 (the cost of a new part) and labor was free. This was on top of some unrelated work which I wasnt paying for because I had a claim. That was a nice gesture of them. Additionally, just like defalco1988, I got to car back in great condition, cleaned top to bottom. Great experience, would recommend them to anyone around here.

FMS took care of an insurance claim (rear bumper) and (out-of-pocket) replacement of the drivers side door on my 2003 Mini Cooper using a door that I provided. Their team did a great job installing the door (all electrical, speakers, locks etc working) and the paint job looks great on both door and bumper. They even photo-documented the process. I would go back to FMS for any bodywork.
