In and out in minutes. Car rental is right on the premise. Great customer service but the final delivery is in need of improvement. Needed improvement: 1) Final QA exterior: car still has dripping paint on the door edge and door panel. 2) Final QA interior: paint is all over the places on front and rear seat. I have to ask one of the person there to clean up the paint before I took over the car.
