Geico suggested the express repair services through Susi auto and I swear it was a nightmare. When I initially got my car back at first glance everything seemed great but once I drove off the lot with my car thats when I discover all the flaws. The same day my car was returned to me I drove to GA for the holidays and it was the worst time to realize the multiple issues. Problem 1. They screwed up my alignment. In order to drive straight I had to have my wheel turned slightly to the right, and that really sucks when you have to drive 1200 miles that way. Problem 2. They broke my hood. How in the world do you break something your not even working on? When I reached GA I was over my services miles and my car desperately needed and oil change which I couldnt do because I couldnt open my hood. I had to drive all the way back to MA with my car screaming SERVICE SOON. An additional 1500 miles over whats recommended. Problem 3. I dont know if they order the wrong headlight or if someone just installed it incorrectly but every time I turned on the low beams the headlight that was replaced, the high beams would come on for that light. When I got back to MA I went directly to Susis and spoke to Mike the adjuster. They looked over my car and told me theyd call me once they received the parts. I suggested to mike that I should get a free oil change for being inconvenience so, he said he would look into it. A week and a half goes by no call. I call them and they inform me that the parts are there and to bring my car in. Really? Were you gonna even call me? I drop it off that day and I ask about a rental, but Mike is nowhere to be found. I wasnt sure if I was covered for a rental and who would pay for it, Susi or Geico? I wait a bit and get frustrated from waiting and decide to leave. They told me my car should be ready be either days end or the following morning. Once again I bring up the oil change matter. Dude at the front desk tells me someone will contact me concerning it. I get a call the following morning saying my car wont be done for another day because they are sending it for an oil change. Now I have to go two days without a car or a rental. I had to pay for several cabs and public transports because of this inconvenience. So they call me the following morning to come get my car and when I get down there the first thing I ask about is the oil change. Eric in the most disrespectful and harshest tone says "we dont do oil change" yea I know your an auto body shop and thats why you kept my car for an additional day to send it for an oil change. He starts going back and forth with me about it, and pretty much calls me a liar say that someone already told me they wouldnt be compensating me for my time or their screw ups. I bring up the fact that I didnt get a rental and Eric tells me pretty much thats my own fault and while Im in med-sentence he turns around and starts helping another customer. Someone needs to teach Eric some mannerism, pronto. Thats not how your suppose to treat your customers. I didnt even get an apology. This was the worst experience ever. I will never use their services again, seeing as how they cant get the job done right the first time.

If you are looking for a shop with flexible schedule and good customer services, this shop should be the last option you should think of. I really do not understand why they have 4-star review, and it is highly possible most reviews are from friends or employees there! I heard people saying yelp reviews are bought, or at least fake, so please discount good reviews here! I prefer to give 0 star here, but no choice! My insurance and I spent $5k in their shop for my car! However, every time I tried to reach them, it was a hassle! I sent emails to them, they either never replied or did not answer my questions directly, and when I reached them, they said no email record, so you see, they either deliberately delete emails, or do not have management in place! Their schedule is also unbelievably short, and it is possible that they are skimping on cost, and do not invest in customer services! Now, I am wasting my time going there, and they directly tell me they will not wait for their EXISTING CUSTOMER for 15mins during the day! DO NOT GO!

The best auto body shop Ive ever been to. There are endless places to get your car serviced in the area. If you want to go to the best shop, go to Susi Auto Body in Dorchester. These guys were smart, professional, patient and honest. How often do you find that?! The work they do is second to none. Im thrilled. On top of all of this, my car was done quickly and for a reasonable price. They really went above and beyond. Outstanding service and a beautiful facility. Well worth the short ride (only a couple of miles from Back Bay/South End) for a flawless job.

We break it, you fix it I was okay with the actual estimate being significantly higher than the verbal estimate, these things happen. However, they returned my car with the check engine light on and an airbag fault. they refused to take any responsibility for it. Gordie was particularly unhelpful, refusing even to talk to me when I picked up the car. Their body work seems good, but just hope that nothing goes wrong. Gordies best offer was to have the car towed to a dealer at my expense.

this place is horrible. They didnt clean my car before turning the car to me. They didnt respond for broken side mirror that was good before handed in. They will find every excuse to blaming on their customers. They will blame on Geico as well even its their false. They didnt clean my car. It is totally their false but they blamed on Geico rep and me that why didnt i tell the Geico rep.

These guys have fixed up personal and business vehicles for many years and over and over, they do a great job. I stopped in today with a truck whos doors wouldnt close correctly and Bobby Susi pulled it right in for a fix. They are easy to work with and do great work, highly recommended.
