Within 6 months I had the front and back bumper done. The paint is now cracking in the back bumper. I took it back and they will not take ownership. Now the front bumper is cracking and splitting in the same exact spot as before. They did not replace as I was told prior to fixing it but supposed to have repaired it, hmph. I gave alot of money for what!!!! the same issues are still there. But im out $1000.00!!!!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

NEW OWNER.. who is a really great person. Same guys who worked here since the early 70s are still here working hard to make peoples car run and look new.. This place has really turned around with the new owner running it and it is now one of the best body shops around. Good QUALITY work!! Just how it should be.. Highly recommend Norfolk Auto Body and his shop! My first visit was great. Then when I returned two years later, Norfolk Auto Body remembered both me and my car.
