These people are disgusting human beings (mainly the men at the office)! The only one nice there, is the woman who handled my claim. They took over a month and a half to repair my bumper and when I finally went to go pick up my car, they were so unprofessional. I walked into the office, the guys were talking & didnt even acknowledge me at all. What a way to treat a 9 month pregnant woman waiting for your customer service a**holes!!! To make matters worse, after they repaired my car, they took items out of my trunk, threw them all over the front seat, and for some strange reason, they took my toddlers stroller out my trunk & never put it back. Why would you not put the stroller back in the trunk where you found it? My husband went to go pick it up for me & they had the audacity to lie on me & tell my husband that they dont know why I would leave my stroller with them & they clearly had an attitude about it. You bigots took it out of my trunk so dont lie on me!!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please dont waste your time.

After reading other reviews I agree it took some time to fix my car. However some of this was due to the insurance companies lack of timely approval. The work that they did was top-notch and only used genuine parts. They acted as an advocate for me with my insurance company to make sure that my vehicle that had less than 5000 miles on it was repaired to the highest standards. The gentlemen in the front of the office may not always be sunshine and smiling but they know the business of auto body repair. They took time to discuss with me my concerns to check on things with the car that I suggested may be an issue and were willing to talk to me in a very professional way to describe exactly what needed to be done. This was not a minor repair to my car like a bumper but a $7,000 repair including many pieces and electronic systems of the car. I certainly would take my car back there again if it is needed.

A long time ago, I would have given them four stars for their speedy and reliable service. Nowadays, for damage on the passenger rear tail lights, they took almost a month and a half to fix it. Im not sure if its an "insurance" job for them, but they seem to milk it for whats its worth. Completely unacceptable, I will no longer be going back to get anymore work done with them.

Got my car repaired here multiple times. They do a good job for the most part. My most recent visit my front bumper is popping out a little but I just dont have the time to go back to fix it

Took over a month to replace a front bumper. Whenever I called, I would hear "should be ready early next week" and then always some excuse why it was never ready.
