Recently had a minor fender bender and needed work done on my car. M & S was recommended by abdons in Quincy. I couldnt have had a better experience with these guys. Martin took a look at the car, saw what parts he needed to order, and told me to come back after the weekend to start working on it. They have Hertz rental right there, so it was perfect. 4 days later, my car was back to brand new AND... DETAILED ON THE INSIDE! As a woman with 3 kids and 3 dogs, you better believe this was QUITE the awesome surprise. I NEVER expected that. I would give 10 stars if I could. Martin, the owner is kind, takes time to explain things, and an honest GOOD guy. Im very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. This place is the BEST.

Martin and the staff at M&S are friendly, professional, personal and high quality. They know their customers, even after one meeting. They often go the extra distance to make a customers experience easier and more convenient. They communicate effectively, and really support the people who bring in their cars for repair. Brought my car in to get fixed which ultimately didnt happen due to miscommunication with my terrible insurance company. The customer service at M&S was top notch so if I ever do need more autobody work done, Ill definitely try my hand with them again.
