They have had our car for a month and a half now. They claim to be waiting on parts from Subaru every time we call. We are not given any updates unless we call them, and they refuse to call the insurance company to let them know that the repairs that would only take until June 23rd have not been done due to waiting parts. The rental car company was only paid for by insurance until June 23rd because that is what they were told. They will not cover the cost of the additional rental car days, because they have not been told anything new by the mechanic shop which refuses to call USAA. What seemed to be a good collision repair shop to use when our car was struck at no fault of our own has turned into a financial disaster. We are constantly told by the receptionist that she knows nothing about our car, and then the mechanic calls back only to say they are waiting on parts still. We are a family with three children and both disabled veterans. We need our car, and cant afford to pay additional costs for a rental because an auto body shop cant take the time to update the insurance company. They are getting paid by them they should update them. Having been a mechanic in the military I am aware that parts can take time, but you still need to let people know updates especially an insurance company. I also know that usually you get updates on parts regularly, a minimum of once a week. When you order parts you are given an estimated date of ship/arrival. We will not be using them again nor will we recommend them when this ordeal is over.

Great family oriented and local auto body shop. The job was not covered by insurance, and they did their best to come up with a cost friendly solution. 3-4 thousand dollars under the dealers estimate. They estimated 2 weeks and returned the car back within 10 days. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication on the job flow sheet, in which I had to return the vehicle back to the shop. They were happy to fix this in a day. Vehicle looks brand new, washed, waxed and tires shined. Would use DeLongs in the future if needed. Thank you!

I went to De Longs instead of the recommended shops my insurance suggested, and I very glad I did. They evaluated the damage in great detail and helped point it out to the insurance adjuster. The repairs were done quickly and perfectly. My TL looks brand new again! Steve and Bob are great people and easy to work with.
