Wow, where do I begin with these clowns? First of all, when you schedule an appointment for service, they tell you to bring your car in after 7:30am. Their website clearly states that service opens at 7:00am. When you go to pick up your car, if its 6:25pm and you have any sort of questions, the service advisor will be sure to let you know youre standing between him and getting home after a long day. No, he doesnt care about how your day went. By the way, the website says that service closes at 7pm. The door states hours are 7:30am to 6:00pm. The service advisor says the door is wrong, website is right. Im sure his superiors would like to know that he has loads of initiative in getting this glaring error resolved and that he holds people to the erroneous hours until they call him out on it. By the way, the door gets locked at 6:30pm. So to the gentleman who rolled up to drop his car off for service at 6:31pm only to find the door locked, walking away after throwing his hands up in the air...I feel your pain. Oh and if the service advisor calls you to tell you about your cars repairs and his phone system crashes in the middle of the call, dont expect him to stick around until the system comes back up or to find another way to get you on the line. Hes just not that ambitious. Hell be at Buffalo Wild Wings drinking some buds before youre able to dial back in. By the way, there are coupons online that you can use to bring their astronomical service fees back down to cloud level. Yes, their regular price for a 5 qt. oil change is $40, which should actually be illegal. The coupons are for specific services, but they occasionally have %off coupons for any service/parts. Its common sense that these coupons cant be combined and applied to the same service line item, however I have many times used various coupons individually for separate line items. Apparently, this is at the whim of the service advisor, because my good friend who will remain nameless, took it upon himself to tell me I was foolish for thinking I could use more than one coupon during a visit, even if they were for separate services. Also, dont expect the service advisor to be discreet about his disdain for you while he gets on the phone with his manager to discuss said matter about coupons. The two of them will kibitz within earshot about how customers are always trying to pull one over on them. A quick email to Chrysler earned me a response saying the decision to allow multiple coupons lies at the dealer level, but that most dealers do allow it. So customer beware! Ask in advance. Go to another dealer if these guys are clutching their purse closely the day youre there. In fact, after reading this review Im not even sure why youre still considering going there. Theres a new dealer in Plymouth, I cant endorse them yet, but Im going to give them a whirl.

I put off buying a new car for so long! I knew just how it would go. I could not bring myself to deal with pushy sales people running over as soon as I pulled into a dealership. Finally I broke down and went off "shopping" for a new Jeep. It was awful! Some places did not even wait for the car to be in park before someone was bee lining for me. I tried for 2 day, then gave it a rest, it so stressed me out! I did a lot of research on line because going out and "just looking" was impossible. When I finally found one that was "worth the trouble" and I was ready to deal with another pushy sales person, I ventured down to Central Jeep - I was pleasantly surprised! My dad and I walked the lot browsing all the new and used Jeeps they had, weighing my options, discussing the possibilities and really working on the best option for me - unhindered! NO ONE bothered us!! I was able to think clearly about what I wanted to do with no one badgering my about what I wanted, what was I looking to spend, etc. etc. When I was finally ready to talk to someone we headed into the dealership. We met Bob Costa on the way in - not the famous Bob Costa, but the "infamous" Bob Costa of Central Jeep! All he said was "hi" - he let me come to him on my terms, when I was ready, he wasnt going to bug me. I cant tell you how much I loved that!! I told him I had some questions and was hoping he could give me some answers. I asked all the dumbest questions you could think of, while my father asked all the really important ones, and he answered them all exactly the same. He was so fantastic to work with. When we left that day, we hadnt come to an agreement on price. Bob tried, but mgmt. and I were not seeing eye to eye - and honestly, buying a new vehicle is a HUGE decision - I just wasnt ready. I made a couple more stops to other dealers that had vehicles in that I wanted to look at - I was so disappointed with having to deal with pushy sales people again. I kept saying to my father "ya know, I really just want to go back to Bob". We would laugh and he would say " we do need to remember that Bob is a sales guy too, but I know what you mean". In the end, I went back to Bob. I paid just a little bit more than I "wanted" to pay, but still got a very good deal on my new Jeep. I wont ever go to anyone but Bob Costa from now on. I will send anyone I know looking to buy a new or used vehicle all the way down to Raynham just to see Bob, because he is that great of a guy! Sometimes its not only about getting the best deal out there, its about how good of an experience you have making such a big, life impacting decision. Thank you Central Jeep and especially Bob Costa for allowing me to have THE BEST experience while purchasing my new Jeep!

On march 11th (wow not even a week has gone by!) I was on my way to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from Dedham Auto..they had been very sketchy throughout the whole process and didnt seem to know much if anything at all about the car and warranty. I was desperate for a car as the maturity date of my lease was approaching and i was planning on returning the car so i really needed to have my new car ready to go. So that day as i was making my way to Dedham Auto, last minute everything fell through as the sales person was so unbelievably rude!! Frustrated, i went on Cargurus one last time willing to settle for anything at that point. Like a light from heaven..literally!! the Jeep of my dreams came up on the search, and it was located here at the Central Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM of Raynham. I called right away and made an appointment that same day! We arrived at 2:30 and Melodie welcomed us through the door. We got down to business right away, and i was test driving the car within minutes! I loved absolutely everything about it, and Melodie was extremely helpful!! Despite the fact of her mentioning she was new, you would never be able to tell! she was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and even brought up things to my attention that i didnt even think to ask but were definitely good to know. She was honest right from the the start. Needless to say, she went above and beyond from the get go..we could have just been there for information but her enthusiasm and desire to help persevered from the second we walked in car less, until 5 days later when i walked out with My new Jeep!! It could have been sooner but i was still driving my lease, so it all matched up perfect, perfect timing! My dad was thinking of buying a car in the near future and i know for sure he will be back here and ask for Melodies help!! she definitely will not be forgotten and i will recommend any one and everyone looking to buy a car to come down to Raynham and speak to her.. thank you Melodie for your time and dedication, you made this process so flawless, even with the confusion of the vanity plate, it was simply flawless...YOU ROCK MELODIE!!
