Awful place. Lady that works there is rude. Place looks like crap. my biggest irritation is that half of the washers are out of order and its been out of order for a long time. Their biggest washers have been down for about a year it feels like. The only time I come to this place is when I have a very small load and Im in a hurry because I live right next to this laundromat. When I have time, I walk to the other laundromat on near the corner of Queensbury and park drive getting close to emmanual college.

Fantastic service with a personal touch. John remembers every customer by name and makes you feel very welcome. Its actually quite impressive to see how he can remember so many different peoples first names and greet them when they come in. The prices here are very competitive and they do a great job with both dry cleaning and regular clean/press for dress shirts. I recently moved to a different part of town but go out of my way to drop by Boston Laundry for all of my dry cleaning and laundry needs.

Not only were the staff rude to me and looked like they hated life, the machines were very expensive for college students (2.50 for a load of laundry, 3.50 for one to wash rugs and comforters and 25c per 5 min of dryer)

Would give a negative if I could. WORST SERVICE EVER! Rude/disrespectful & lazy employees, also took four days to wash my comforter with NO NOTICE (call, etc.). DO NOT GO HERE!
