John C. from TCS found my resume online and called me at 8 PM on a Wednesday to ask me to come talk to him the next day. I was hesitant, and honestly a little creeped out, so I politely said no, I already had a job, thank you. He described the position that he was recruiting me for and then told me how much the base salary was. It was better than what I was currently getting, so I decided to give him 30 minutes the next day. When I went in, he asked a lot of questions to try to get a feel for who I was and what I was looking for. As the other reviewers say, he completely re-did my resume (he dumbed it down ... makes sense though ... no one wants to hire someone for a desk job that appears overqualified. They know theyll leave in a short time.) Friday morning I was being interviewed at a major Boston University. Friday afternoon I had the job. It was temporary and only lasted for 3 months. But after the 3 months, the department I was working with was so pleased with my work that they solicited the other departments at the university on my behalf. I was quickly placed in another department and given a higher salary. After 3 months in the second position I was given the option to become a regular university employee. Throughout this, TCS was responsive when I needed them. John C. did show up a couple times at my office, but he usually warned me ahead of time. They cant work magic, but they might be able to get your foot in the door. The rest is up to you.

Very unprofessional. Will call you to yell at you, try their best to make you feel worse than you already do (could care less about what is going on in your life) and hang up on you. Do not work for this company, they may "act" nice and pretend to be accommodating but its all just to get you in the door. You are only a number and not a human being. I highly suggest you get your job directly from employers because this agency will pay you less than them as well.

I used TCS back in February 2007 to find a job. i was temp to strat and them went permanent after about 3 months. This was my first attempt to find a real job after college and they were extremely helpful. They got me a job in Feb. 2007 and its now January 2010 and im still here.

Save yourself the trouble. God gives you signs to know when something is not right. God makes things happen for a reason and I am grateful. The true side of these people are very scary and if you do not want to experience that, do not work for them. Look beyond the fake smiles.
