Ive worked with several different recruiting companies but Aerotek Id say has been the best so far. The reason this isnt a 5 star review is because I started off with another recruiter at Aerotek and started pursing a job in February. That job ended up falling through because the company was on a hiring freeze. A couple months later at the end of April, the job came back up and that recruiter submitted me for a rate that was lower than what was discussed originally. I decided to wait it out a little bit with my old job (a full time spot was coming up) and then a couple weeks later decided to pursue the new opportunity. Unfortunately my recruiter had left the company by then. However Dave Grist took over and was extremely helpful. From setting up the second round of interviews, quick email responses and keeping excellent communication. If I could split this review I would give him 5 stars! The only slip up was Carina the manager, resubmitted me for the lower rate than the original rate discussed. I asked for the original rate and was told it was already submitted and was brushed off. Nothing was done to rectify the situation but I just let it go. I can always still keep an eye out for better opportunities. Other than that im extremely happy with my new job and how things are going! If youre looking for a recruiter in the Braintree area, Seek out Dave Grist!

I would highly recommend working with Jose Altomari. I cannot speak on the company as a whole as their staff used to call me too much, and have multiple people call me within the same day, during work hours. But somehow Jose got me to stay on the phone and offered to meet with me in person over lunch. I figured what can it hurt, I wasnt even really interested in changing jobs. Upon sitting down, he got a clear understanding of what I am capable of as well as what I would be looking for if I were to switch jobs. He followed up a few days later with multiple firms for me to take a look at, so I did. He was quick to follow up with scheduling interviews and interview prep, and of course post-interview follow up. I will not lie, I am not an easy person to get on the phone for more than 5 mins to even hear what a recruiter has to say typically, but with his apologetic and friendly personality I was willing to listen and look where it landed me! I start my new job next week! I cannot write enough positive comments about my experience with Jose Altomari, I would only work with him in the future. I would recommend anyone looking to make a career move or even those who arent necessarily looking (like myself) to work with Jose. What a pleasure.

Wonderful service. Ive been helped by 2 terrific personnel - Kevin Luong and Nicholas Henderson of Aerotek. Compared to other staffing agency who gave just a cursory glance of my resume and tried to get any kind of job that barely met my needs, Kevin and Nickolas of Aerotek read my resume and talked with me to get a good idea of what I was looking for in a job. When a job appeared that fit my needs they set everything up from contacting the employer, setting up a time for the interview, negotiate my pay rate, and even get the paper work set up in order for me to get payed after I got the job. Kevin and Nickolas kept me in contact throughout the whole process. After a couple of weeks of me on the job, Nickolas contacted me to ask how everything was going. Truly wonderful service.

Ive worked with Aerotek for the past several months trying to get a job as a graphic designer, and as any artist from any art field will tell you, the jobs are hard to come by, and coveted by many when they do arise. I worked with Gigi Issa and Kevin Luong, and both were friendly and professional people, and seemed genuinely interested in finding me a job. They found a graphic layout position for me that happened to start the Monday after my current position ends, and Im very excited to get to work! Brook Simpson helped with the onboarding and orientation processes, and was courteous and quick when it came to paperwork and very pleasant in person as well. I will update this review after some time at my new job has passed, but I have a feeling its going to stay pretty positive.

Honestly one of the best employment agencies I ever got into. My recruiter Darci helped me get into a construction company within few days. Not only helping me with the job but she went out of her way to resolve issues that came about. Such as error in my time card, is there travel pay; do I get sick time, when do I become the Construction company employee under their establishment, etc. These concerns was well taking care of; it got resolved quickly and she explained what happened to it; the cause and effect. Definitely give Aerotek a call and ask for Darci. She help you with anything you need, but if you cant reach her. Aerotek has other recruiter there that are eager to help you out and find the right job for you!

Working with Kevin Mcgee from Aerotek was a very good experience. Upon meeting Kevin, he presented himself as a very sociable and optimistic gentleman whose main goal was to understand me as a candidate and find opportunities which could fulfill my goals. His consistency with communication was very impressive, providing me with awareness of various possible opportunities at all times and providing quick turn arounds. Ultimately, I was overall impressed with Kevin and would highly recommend working with him because he values the importance of fulfilling the goals of candidates and aiming to lead them in the right direction!

Thomas has made my entire experience searching for a job extremely convenient. I can definitely attest to not being the most easiest client to work with either. He has been patient and respectful of all my decisions since meeting him in April. He has also been flexible and nothing but honest in helping me choose a starting point in the trek to my professional career. With his help I landed my first job out of college with Harvard Bioscience. My experience with Aerotek has been great. I got laid off from my last job about 2 months ago, that same day I updated my resume, and hours later David Grist contacted me, he was very quick to get me an interview with this great company, and in less than two weeks I was working again. The only setback was that I was submitted for a lower pay rate than I had asked, and David came back with an even lower offer. I took it, unemployment is not cool. I’m still keeping my eyes open for better paying opportunities, but the experience I had with Aerotek and David’s process and speed is to be recognized.

I was recommended by a friend that had good luck with Aerotek . As soon as I called I was scheduled an interview with Nick Henderson. Nick was truly a professional and made the search for a new career totally painless. As it being the summer months, I had a lot of plans and wasnt around a lot but with nicks professionalism and patience I was placed quickly into a job with good pay and even better benifits.
