The best angency Ive worked for and Ive worked for a few. Jill Cronan is the best she worked with me and fought for me and placed me in an assignment I absoutley love! Shes always available if I need her, and shes very understanding and helpful if something comes up. This is a woman that actually showed that she cared and believed in my ability to represent their staffing angency. This is what you need in a staffing angency. Not people who just stick you in anything to benefit them. Ive called countless times needing a job badly, and although they had assignments available she informed me that they wernt a good fit, whether the pay was too low or it was a job that she felt I wouldnt enjoy. I strongly disagree with the review above me being that there was a huge issue with the first assignment that Jill placed me, and the company terminated my assignment right after they extended it due to an unfortunate incident. Instead of Jill taking their word she listened to my side did tons of research, and and found that I was not at fault and happily placed me in another wonderful assignment that I love. The whole team is wonderful and they all work hand and hand. There were times that I had to deal with Jake and or Tracy and they both were absoutley wonderful and extremely helpful. I give this agnecy 5 stars because they truly deserve it. They are the best and they all show and prove that they really do care about their clients and employees. I would like to THANK all of you in the Stoughton office, because of all of your time and effort I have a wonderful job. Thank you again for caring although I can not thank you enough. Asia W

Randstad is by far the best agency to use when trying to find employment. I was unemployed for several months, I had signed up with several employment agencies in the area. All of which could care less about you as a person, all they cared about was putting you in a position that really didn t fit financially, time wise, or skill wise just so they could make money off you. Tony Arguello and the whole staff at Randstad are different. They couldnt find my ideal position right away but they listen and most importantly they communicate. Eventually I was placed with a company that fit all my needs. That was 6 months ago. I am still there hired permanently and having a blast. The important part of this whole thing is they listen communicate and work tirelessly to provide you with the service you need and deserve. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE Ken Kalasinsky

Definitely the best temp company in the area in my experience. The staff is courteous and professional, and always willing to help with anything problematic that might arise. I also never had to wait more than a couple days to get an assignment. If anything happened to my present/permanent job, I wouldnt hesitate to call Randstad again.
