I had been going here every 4-5 weeks since I moved here in 2008. They used to give great haircuts. The last 2 times I have had my haircut here (Feb 2014, March 2014) it was a miserable experience. I was seated with a different stylist each of the past two visits but the results were the same. The stylist clearly did not have enough experience cutting hair. My haircut took 45+ minutes until someone working at a nearby chair took over and finished the cut. Additionally, each of the past two visits I left with terrible razor burn on the back of my neck because the person did not know how to hold the clippers at the proper angle.

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten. The girl said she was finished and the top of my head was obviously uneven, I told her so and she took off a whole fingerwidth from the one side like she totally missed it. When I got home I had to use my beard trimmer to fix the PATCHES OF HAIR she missed on the side she used a ZERO TRIMMER on. For real I noticed them immediately when I looked in the mirror at home and shes been looking at my head for the past 35mins. I will never come here or to any Supercuts ever and will tell everyone in the area to avoid these failures.

I had been going to this salon for 2-3 years. This time I asked for a trim that would allow me to pull my hair back--and she took off 2 inches. She also asked if I wanted her to blow dry my hair and style it. She charged me $35.95 instead of the usual $19.95 without telling me about the extra fee. I will NEVER go back here now. Its bad enough that hairstylists frequently ignore instructions about length. But being tricked into a double fee is just bad business.

I have been going to Supercuts for a year now. I am a BC student and Liz cuts my hair. I cant tell you how awesome it is to get my hair cut by someone who knows how to cut ethnic hair. She has dyed my hair and done great designs since I started going here. She also recommends hair products in the store that are good for my type of hair. I recommend her. She always has a very nice attitude and always goes out of her way to make the customer feel appreciated.

Terrible experience: The guy acted like a pissed princess when l asked him to cut MY hair in the way l wanted to. He was agressive with the razor and accidentally shaved my side with a number 1, so he had to fix everything, which pissed him off even more. Ironically he went to complain about me with the manager. Bad cosumer service since the moment you walk in. AVOID IT.

worst haircut of my life. Asked for a trim but the hairdresser (Isobella) gave me layers instead. I called her out on it and she pretended like she hadnt given me layers. She also didnt blow dry my hair for more than 30 seconds because she knew that she messed up. Never let her near your hair if you dont want to look like a piece of trash.

I just wanted a fade. Pretty simple stuff. But man did she rush through the hair cut. It was completely uneven, and asymmetrical. I was the only one there but she acted as if she had a line out the door. Didnt take her time at all. Shouldnt have tipped either...

Although I wasnt 100 0/0. Satisfied with my haircut the woman that cut my hair was very nice lets face it the difference between a good hair cut and a bad hair cut is two weeks I guess I can wait

It was a very aggressive hair cut. The guy cutting my hair shoved the razor aggressively into my skin. He was kind enough to wipe the blood off the back of my neck when he was done.

Have been coming here for several years. Jeannie always does a fabulous job, but the whole staff is great. You can see how busy they are by calling ahead or using the Supercuts app.
