"Conversation" between me and USPS worker. Long-ish post, but I just needed to put it out there. If the worker had just listened to me, instead of interrupting/being confrontational, then I wouldnt have cared, but that was one of the rudest interactions Ive been subjected to in a while. Then she gets annoyed with me for being right. This place is in dire need of a complete overhaul. Me: (approaches window) Hi, Im here to pick up a package for Michael... Employee: (puts cellphone down and stares at me) Me: (continues and begins to take ID out)... Its a UPS package that- Employee: (interrupts me) We aint UPS. Me: Uhh, I know that. The package was left here by UPS. I came to pick it up. Employee: We cant give you a package if you aint him. Me: I am him (sticks ID on window). Employee: Oh, well you (says something under her breath and walks away to look for my package).

Worst place ever they give u a number to call but its always busy...y give a number if its goin to busy all times of the day...delivery is worse cause was suppose to get a package delivered on Friday but mail person dont ring bell claimed he did but didnt, have 3 ppl who live here didnt hear it...then call the same day to get package delivered the next day which is Saturday it was a go with the person that helpt me but go talk to mail man he doesnt have it...wtf I hate goin in circles with these ppl...poor service and they want u to take a survey r yah sure u want me to do that or should I say u sure u want the ppl to take surveys for the poor service your company ppl r conducting... Not satisfied at all with customer service nor the carriers...my opinion but that doesnt count anyways cause situations dont get fix they get worse...

This is hands down the worst service I have ever dealt with in my life. Today its raining: No mail. Last time it was raining: No mail. As soon as it starts snowing: Maybe mail (if the worthless mail man feels like its bearable conditions to walk in). Oh and on more occasions than we can count, mail (almost always cards that obviously contain money or gift cards but a couple times checks) has mysteriously "not been delivered". The USPS seriously needs to do some investigation into its Dorchester branch, and while Ive never done this before in my life, Im at the end of my nerves and I will be filing a complaint and making sure they do.

This is the worst Post Office I have ever been too. Maybe one or two workers are good but try getting your mail from the mailman on time is impossible. One of the mail carriers was coming out of Hernandez liquors with no mail or mail bag so I am sure you can guess what he had in his hand it was two 24oz Budweiser cans he proceeded to his mail vehicle and started drinking it was a white male with brown hair. So we are paying for are mail man to drink on the job no wonder why the mail is late. By by the way I took pics of him and the postal vehicle also filmed it.

This place is the worst of the USPS post offices that i have been to. Sucks that this is the only one close to where I live in Dorchester and also that is the worst one that I have ever been to. No answer to phone calls. No proper response if answered a phone call. No proper response when in person. No one is even at the window when i went there to pick up the package. The Worst.

This really is god-awful place, but its the closest to my apartment. One out of five times I get a greeting and a polite clerk.Otherwise, Im glad Im out out there. You get some mumbling answer to your questions and good luck trying to call them.

I have literally been calling them 10 times a day for like a week now and NO one picks up. I havent received mail in about a week either, and one of my packages has been delayed three times. I understand we had some snow...but really?

This place absolutely sucks they dont answer there phone I have 3 packages lost and nobody trying to find my items or give me my money back I tell you like this if I dont get my items or my money Im going to sue the post office

They should at least have the PO in Dudley entrances cleared today for they have had a heads up on the storm, unlike last week , come on state n fed employees, do ya job. That should be 1/2 a star not 5
