I have gone to this postal office many times and a male who works there has always been extremely rude. Today i went with my mother who didnt understand exactly how to send the package. This man who works at the post office by the name Ian began raising his voice at us and was really rude. We asked if we could have tape and again he yelled at us and told us to buy the tape so we did. I became really upset and looked at his name tag which was the name of Ian. He yelled at us multiple times in front of many customers. Im highly upset and will not be returning to this postal office. Ian needs to learn how to have some manners and have a job in which he does not offend people or yell at them.

The guy that works at this post office is not helpful at all. I asked for an explanation about a box I was trying to send and he just repeated the same thing which still did not help the situation. After leaving there I was so upset that I went to my usual post office in Easton and they took the time and explained everything. I will never go to this post office agan. I just happened to be doing errands in the area. Big mistake! They also opened the doors late.

A package was mailed to me on Jan 24th 2013, and i never received it, when i called for my package they told me that it was returned to the sender. My name is clearly on the mailbox and i have not being receiving mails for a long time. I would like to know why? The package was sent again yesterday on Feb 4th 2013 please deliver it to my house its very important. Thank You!

Joanne and the rest of the ladies at Montello station not only provide excellent service but best of all they treat you like a real human being. This is a demanding and stressful job and these ladies make it look easy. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
