My wife and I have had several occasions to have body work done on our cars and each time we have selected the Body and Paint Center to do the work. Each time they have worked with us and our insurance company(they are on our insurance companys list of recommended local body shops) to ensure that the work was done right, on time and on budget. Each time our cars were returned to us in better condition than we could have hoped for. They also assisted with making arrangements for a rental car while the work was being done. On one occasion, we wanted the Body and Paint Center to do body work on my mothers car, which had been in a minor accident. After receiving the insurance appraisal estimate, when they started the work, they found several wear and tear issues with the car that could have amounted to several thousands of dollars more than the appraisal estimate or what the car was worth. They recommended not having the work done and scrapping the car. Their absolute integrity cost them a job but it saved my elderly mother thousands of dollars and possibly driving an unsafe vehicle. I cant speak highly enough of the whole team at the Body and Paint Center! Thank You!!

No one wants to be in a position where they have to get their car repaired but if it has to happen, this is where you want to be! My insurance company was quick about getting an estimate done. I took the car to Body and Paint and they found a few more things the adjustor didnt see. They dealt with the insurance and getting the estimate updated and got the work done. They kept in touch every step of the way. I never had to wonder if the insurance update was done, would they cover it, how far along repairs were, when they anticipated it being doneﾅﾅ.nothing. I got almost daily updates. The work on the car was fantastic. I have nothing but good words for Body and Paint!!

This was the third time that I had to use Body & Paint Center. The experience is the best, from the help in setting up the rental car pick up to being notified every step of the way of the status of my repair. The fact that they handled everything from appraisal of work, to working with the insurance company, is the best piece of mind to have during this time. The work they did, you can not tell there ever was anything wrong with vechile. I highly recommend Body & Paint Center of Hudson, they will be my go to shop for my personal needs, as well as first on my list if ever asked what is the best body shop to use in the area. I would have to say that this has been probably one of the easiest repairs I have ever had to deal with. I am a big fan of my insurance company but Im a bigger fan of this body shop. Their communication was the best I have seen out the the automotive industry which I worked in for several years. The workmanship is top quality and it was done fast. I would definitely recommend this body shop to friends and family for all there auto body repairs. Thanks for the great work and too bad my insurance company doesnt work as quickly as you guys!

My Jeep sustained damage in a rear-end collision. The folks at the Body & Paint Center in Hudson did an amazing job repairing it! I couldnt believe how easy it all was. They worked with the insurance companies and arranged a rental car (office right next door). They also kept me informed frequently throughout the process which took longer than originally anticipated due to unseen damage under the bumper. When I got my car back it looked brand new inside and out! I couldnt be happier. Highly recommended.

Body and Paint Center once again proved to me "this is the place". It is the "people" that make the difference. Sure, the product and the work involved is always top notch, on time, but Tom Ricci and his staff, (Vilma, Mike, even the Hertz rep!) were positive, happy, polite, and you could tell they loved their jobs! that makes a huge difference in a customers confidence level of where they are leaving their auto. I was floored at how well I was treated and how easy the process was. I scratched the side of my boyfriends really nice silverado, and felt horrible. It couldnt be left alone. After talking with Paul for a little while, he agreed to fix it with out replacing the whole side panel and it looks amazing. Such a great job guys. Highly recommend BODY AND PAINT CENTER OF HUDSON; they just restored our car to new! We had damage to the rear and back quarter panel that needed repair and it’s impossible to tell it had even been worked on. They were professional, provided a detailed estimate (far more detailed then other estimates), explained the work, and just as important as the quality of work, the price was exactly what we were quoted.

I am very impressed with the amazing job that body and paint did on my Mazda CX7. My car came back spotless and you would never know there was a scratch at the bumper that was replaced. The repair was immaculate and the three days I was promised it would take for the job to be completed I got a phone call on that third day. Body & Paint Center of Hudson did a fantastic job repairing the right front fender of my 2009 Accord. They took great care to blend the door and hood to match the fender and it looks brand new. they also completed the job on time and worked with the insurance adjuster to get all of the additional damage repaired beyond the initial insurance estimate.

I was referred to Body & Paint center by another customer for body work on my high end sports car. They did a superb job at a very reasonable price. The color match on a difficult metallic paint color was absolutely perfect. It was impossible to tell that any body work had been performed. This shop is absolutely top notch.
