I have been rear ended 5 times in the last 4 years and every time I find my self coming back to this shop. After trying to shop around for an honest and reputable body shop, I found this Maaco branch to be the best one. The manager Sam walked me through the whole process and explained everything precisely. The car has always been prepared on the day it was promised. On one occasion they even went as far as dealing with my insurance company in getting them to approve a specific part the insurance company was rejecting. Most recently, I had an issue with my driver side window and they were even able to help me get that fixed. I strongly recommend these guys! They are professional and they do a great job.

This is my second time in a year (both over $3k not my fault) that I had a vehicle repaired there. Both times they found a few damaged items that the appraiser did not. They fought for me directly, did the paperwork, and had the appraiser return to their garage. They did not just take my money, bang out the dents, and Bondo the panels. They care about the customers and their vehicles. They perform high quality work, and use manufactures parts. John and Sam and very professional, experienced, and friendly. Both times I picked up my vehicles the day they promised. They even vacuumed and cleaned them for me.

Extremely friendly, thorough and skilled in the body work they do. I banged up my 1 year old vehicle pretty bad rear-ending someone on the way to work (completely my fault), and they brought it back to like new. The came recommended by my insurer (MetLife) and worked closely with my insurance to get the estimate done and do a complete and professional job without rushing it. I am very satisfied with the great condition in which I received my car when then job was done. Thanks for everything, Maaco!

I had to have my Mustang repainted after I bought it after a private seller. Turns out the hood and roof needed to be redone as it was starting to rust. I took it to Maaco Framingham to have it stripped, primed and painted and they did a VERY good job. It took longer than anticipated, however they wanted to make sure that it was done perfectly with no additional charge. They are very thorough, friendly, cost effective and a well run business. I strongly recommend them for any body work needed.

I had a great experience at this auto body shop. Sam and John took great care of my brand new car that had been damaged in the hail storm. They replaced parts, did auto body work and a paint job and my car looked brand new again. I was very nervous about leaving my brand new car but they took care of it as if it was their own. Had them remove some red stripes I had on my Camaro, and add a pink stripe to the side. Came out BEAUTIFULLY!!! I absolutely love the pink stripe :) looks so clean and professional. Would highly recommend MAACO in framingham for anyone looking for a professional look! A little pricy, but worth it for how it came out.
