Ive had my vehicles inspected here for years without problem. Its been 2012 inspections that have been most helpful. The first vehicle this year (March) had a faded red front license plate; the inspector immediately said he would have to fail it (that the state was cracking down on that element), and asked if I wanted to pay and go through an inspection given that (I did, for other reasons). The 2nd vehicle was a few days ago; there was a burned out stop light bulb I didnt know about. The inspector (same inspector) was again very helpful (wont go into details, he wasnt supposed to be so helpful) and I immediately acquired a new bulb elsewhere and fixed without a 2nd trip. I have a third vehicle going there this morning for first time MA inspection.

This guy knows nothing of proper customer service. I took my car in for an inspection and he failed me due to a loose front end. I asked, what exactly was loose? The bumper? Wheel? Something else? He wouldnt tell me and he wouldnt show me. I began causing a scene because this was unacceptable. You cant just tell someone who just paid you $29 in cash that you have a loose front end and NOT show them exactly what needs to be fixed. He complained that hed have to jack the car up again and blah blah blah but I made him do it. So hes cursing at me while hes taking the car back into the shop to jack it up and he finally shows me. Was that so hard? You can take the $29 and buy a little bit of cheer. Crossing him off my list

I took my vehicle to this shop for a routine state inspection, in the 10 minutes they had my car, they made a 6 inch dent/scratch that they will not take responsibility for. I would not trust these people with a vehicle!

They moved to Marlborough from Hudson a few years ago. Ive only used the place to do annual inspections as my local garage doesnt do them. Its quick, convenient and the folks are pleasant. Its cash only though.

I used to come here for inspections. They took about 5 minutes to complete it which was great to do during lunch at work. However, last I checked, this place has been turned into a cross training gym.
