I thought it was just a routine insurance claim (someone had put a hole in my bumper) but the service I received at Al Brodeurs was anything but ordinary. I started to think Brodeurs was a little special when they offered to call my insurance company for me to see if a rental car would be reimbursed. I hate making phone calls, so I very much appreciated someone else doing the legwork. I also asked if they would mind putting some air in one of my tires, since I had just noticed it was low. When I picked up my car, they had not only filled the tire, but had detected a nail in it and made the repair at no charge. I was really beginning to like these guys. But when I got in my car to drive off -- that was when I was absolutely blown away. I keep my car pretty clean (I have an all-the-washes-you-want pass at Scrub-a-Dub) but when I got in my car it was SO clean that for a moment I literally was not sure I was in the right car. I kid you not: it was cleaner than the day I bought it at the Ford dealership. The waxy build-up on the windshield from too many car washes -- gone. The grunge on the shifter that I had kept intending to sponge off -- gone. Dust on the steering column and dashboard -- gone. I swear they had even cleaned the glass over the speedometer. They didnt have to give my car a full detailing; they didnt have to repair my tire for free; they didnt even have to make that phone call, but they did all that. Oh -- and they also left a little LED flashlight with their name on it as a gift, which I will definitely use. Wow. I have never in my life had service like this. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My truck looks absolutely beautiful! Al Brodeur’s has done it again, on time, on budget and an absolutely perfect job. Even the inside has been vacuumed, floor mats cleaned, windows also! Thank you for doing such a great job. Here is the funny thing. When I looked on line to find the phone number of Al Brodeur’s to schedule a visit and estimate, I could not help but see three reviews on Yelp that just did not make sense to me. So when I walked into Al’s I had to ask, has the company been sold to someone new? The staff assured me that they are still owned by the same people. Phew! I said those reviews (on YELP) make no sense to me, what happened? All of the other reviews below the negative ones are glowing with positive comments. So looks like YELP puts the negative ads at the top of the list. Why do they do that? Maybe some other form of revenue generation? Yelp, you have to question what they are up to. So I plan to post this review on Google as well. Google seems to be in the business of presenting fair and unbiased reviews in the order that they have been received. I can’t wait to see what Yelp does! To the Brodeurs, you guys are the best! Thank you soooo much!

I just got my Honda Pilot home from Al Brodeurs Body Shop. The vehicle had been sideswiped in a parking lot. There were small dents and scrapes down the entire side of the car, rims scraped, mirror hanging off the car. The vehicle is silver, and it is now 8 years old. The damage required hammering out a lot of dents and matching old silver paint - wow did they do a great job! They returned the vehicle to us looking like it was new. The level of service and professionalism from these folks is just outstanding - really, it is outstanding. This is 6th or 7th time they have repaired a vehicle for me in the past 20 years. Everything from fixing rusty rocker panels, to accident repair. Each experience has been this good. I have referred multiple friends and neighbors, and they have had similar experiences. Each time I have called in with a claim, I tell my insurance adjuster I am taking it to Broedeurs - invariably they say - great choice! For me and my family, these folks are a stellar example of how to run a terrific auto body shop.

" Brodeurs is a Top-notch Full Service Organization!! Not only was my most-recent auto body repair handled competently and in a timely manner, but when I had a problem with a subsequent headlight failure caused by the accident, the matter was addressed quickly, well beyond my satisfaction. Each person I interacted with at Brodeurs was sincere, trustworthy, and professional, from appraisal & quote, to scheduling/repair, inclusive of car rental procedures,and all the wrap-arounds that needed to be handled with insurance company My repair qualified for the E-Z Car Rental program now available between Broduers and Enterprise: all I had to do was wait for my rental to arrive within 10 mins. of my drop-off, and I promptly got a similar level of SUV as was being repaired. Fantastic! Finally, to put icing on this cake, when I picked up my own vehicle, it was cleaned AND detailed - spotless !. What a terrific surprise. ( BTW - Dont miss Peggys cookies, fresh baked for customers and workers alike. Yummy!! )

A tree fell on my roof shattering the sunroof, adding various dents to trunk, hood, etc. Also ripped off door latch and did various other damage. When I got the car back from Al Brodeurs It looked like I just drove it off the showroom floor. The attention to detail from these folks was awesome. Seats were removed to ensure that every spec of glass was removed. The inside was completely shampood and even smelled new. The trunk was even cleaned including shampoo there. They did ALL the interface with the adjuster. A few days after getting the car back The seatbelt jammed. Some glass had gotten inside it the day of the accident but it didnt show as a problem until I drove it a few times. Brodeurs pulled it right back in, re-opened the claim, handled all the paperwork including a rental car, and had a new belt assy installed within a few days. This car looked totalled when the tree hit. Now you would never know it happed. I would recommend this shop to anyone !

Never go to these guys for mechanical work. Had to get all the parts they replaced re-replaced by another shop only 3 month later (less that 500 miles) and thats all this year. My now permanent mechanic said they used much cheaper parts that werent designed to last more than a couple months at a time and he gladly showed me the part and the new one in comparison. AND the new guy I went to charged me less than half what Al Brouders did for the same exact parts. Body work on the other hand came out beautifully on my mothers car twice, granted they forgot to reattach one of the panels they took off the second time, which when she realized and took it back they fixed right way no charge. Their work on my mothers car is what saved their asses from only getting the one star. Only reason Id ever go back is if the body work got bad enough to affect the function of my car.

My car was involved in a minor accident, resulting in some scratches and small dents. I expected Al Brodeurs to restore the exterior of my car to its pre-accident state, which they did, and then some. (Even removing some tree sap on another part of the car.) What I didnt expect, and what totally blew me away, was the fact that the interior of my car had been cleaned and detailed to a level it hasnt seen since it rolled off the manufacturers line as a brand new vehicle. Ive had my car repaired at other body shops in the past, and the interior was never cleaned, let alone detailed. Ive also had my car cleaned and detailed in a number of other shops. Not anymore. Not only is Al Brodeurs my trusted road to repair, but theyre also the most detail oriented shop Ive ever encountered. Thanks for your top notch service, Molly and crew!
