We have had two auto body repairs done by Terra Nova in the last 6 years, The first was when my daughters Rav4 was rear ended and damaged very badly (pushing rear hatch almost intto the rear seats)! Scott did a very thorough and professional job from the initial quote to Liberty Mutual to the final delivery of the repaired SUV. We felt lucky our Rav-4 was not declared a "total loss", as it was likely worth far more than the "insured value" (given it was originally my Moms SUV w only 23k miles on it). -- Our second repair was on my 2004 Lexus GX470.. This was not nearly as costly to fix as the Toyota as it only needed the rear bumper and rear side quarter panel replaced and repainted after it was damaged during "snowmageddon" (that 110 inches of snow winter from hell). Again, the process was made easier due to Scotts familiarity with Libertys claims process and a thorough estimste. The bumpers dont come preprinted and my Lexus is "Alpine White" and has to be custom mixed. . The repair came out perfectly and made rear of my 2004 SUV look almost new (from back at least. -I recommend Terranova Auto Body for anyone needing body work on their vehicle.

I have been going to Terranova for all the body work on my cars for about 5 years now and I wont be switching unless they close shop or we move. Scott is honest, reliable, fast and does excellent work. There have been numerous times weve taken our cars there and each time we are very pleased with the service and the work.

Had to pay TWO HUNDRED dollars for a 7.5 mile tow and overnight storage for less than 24 hours. Unacceptable. This place gets my lowest possible recommendation.

These guys really ripped me off. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs
