I brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse to Parsons Auto Body after it sustained minor front end damage and needed a new front bumper. A friend of mine recommended this shop to me as they are known town to be very reputable. Im extremely satisfied with the service that I received! The quote they gave me was very competitive and the final bill was exactly what they had quoted me, without any additional charges. I was able to make an appointment for a time that was convenient for me and they had the work finished on time as promised. The car was washed and ready to go upon pick up. They even vacuumed the carpets and cleaned the interior! The quality of the work is fantastic and the guys there are very friendly!! You cant even tell the vehicle had been damaged in the first place since they use the highest quality paints in the industry and all OEM parts. I have no affiliation with this shop, but I would definitely go back and recommend them to a friend!

Collision side of the repair shop is the best; nice people, professional, and fair. Unfortunately, the mechanics side is terrible. Dont go in there, especially if youre a woman, they will assume that they can take advantage of you, or that you are, either poor, helpless and under their thumb. They will turn any normal job into something to milk you for money, and turn it around, on you and say that any problems have been caused because "you" havent taken proper care of your vehicle.Then they will say that they were being "kind" to you because they thought that you could only afford a cheap fix, so didnt do the full repair work, so then they think that they will look good, while you get stuck with your vehicle breaking down again and again, so that you have to keep going back to them. Nasty! I will never go there again, even for an inspection.

I went in for an inspecrion sticker, and the young guy doing it was extremely courteous, very professional, followed all the rules for inspecrion and did a fantastic job. He noticed I have a disabled veteran plate and shook my hand three times and thanked me for my service twice. He told me it was an honor to meet me. This man made my day and nearly brought tears to my eyes. What an amazing place.

Place is not the same as it was years ago - simple request was made to look at a problem with my vehicle, and after two days they still had not looked at it. I would use the Auto Body Shop at any time, but mechanically I would go somewhere else.
