My daughter has high functioning autism and ADHD. She needs help with body awareness, coordination, balance and strength. Wearily I asked Deb,the director, if she would be willing to take V. on. She told me that this was not about her ego with presenting the perfect performance but, the opportunity to teach everyone to love to dance to the the best of their ability. From the first, the teacher Miranda and her assistant Emily, were wonderfull with V. They took the extra time to make her feel comfortable and teach her the techniques to bring her up to speed with the class.Their teaching approach to an autistic child has been amazing and the results have been miraculous. She is so much more graceful and confident. The recital was a defining moment. Although V.does well academically, she cannot follow 3 instructions in a row. On stage she did a 2 min routine. I was reduced to tears. I dont know how they unlocked this ability in my daughter. If I had sent her for occupational therapy she would have been a patient but I sent her to Dance Images and they made her a dancer. Barbara Dion

Okay studio for fun, recreational dancing. Not the right studio for serious dancers. The studio is filthy, the director is unprofessional and for the money spent at Dance Images could be better spent at just about any other local studio. My daughter began dancing here at 3 yrs old and I promptly moved her to a new (and 100 times better) studio, closeby in North Andover, after I saw the recital in 2007. Dance Images website states that they "introduce proper ballet and tap teqnique". Looking at the oldest girls perform at the 2007 recital proved otherwise. Their formations were excellent and the jazz and hip hop numbers were fine, but the basics of proper ballet and tap fundamentals were completely lacking from all of the numbers. And among over 100 dancers, not one was "on pointe". I was very disappointed to see where my daughters dance was going here. She had a ton of fun, but she never learned the basics of ballet or tap. She is now in a studio closeby in North Andover and we are both happier with the change in studios

Great studio; wonderful teachers, awesome setting. My daughter has been dancing at Dance Images for 14 years and has always been happy. From the competition teams to the preschool classes they are all trained by capable and caring teachers! The competition teams performances are top notch. From tap to jazz to ballet to pointe these girls have it all. They are well trained in every form of dance. The scores the older girls receive at various competitions prove the excellence of their dance education. The end of year recital is one of the best around. Just starting out or have a long time dancer, Dance Images is a great place to dance!

Dance Images Dance Center has clearly proven it as my favorite dance studio. Ive gone to another dance studio before, but they werent very good in tap or hip hop. Ive learned so much from the many years Ive been going to this studio. It is very clean, the teachers are amazing, and not to metion the secritaries! The dances are fun, and there are many different types of dance. All the students love dancing. We are serious about compitions. We have won many high awards, too. To sum it up, Dance Images Dance Center is the best studio you will find. All the dances look amazing in the recidle! I love DIDC.

My daughter is a dancer with Dance Images Dance Center The lessons, recitals, competitions, friendships, along with the proffesionalism of the owner and teachers are written in her memory for life. DIDC is an excellant studio that has a lot to offer to my daughter and other dancers of all levels. The atmosphere of the studio is very fun and accepting. I would recommend anyone that is interested in enrolling their child/children to a dance studio to choose Dance Images Dance and Music Center in Methuen.

Best dance studio. Teachers are VERY professional. My daughter has been a dancer at DIDC for 13 years and now takes singing lessons there. Would recommend this studio for new and experienced dancers.
