Supta Yoga is truly an amazing place. The stuido space is a warm , welcoming, and beautiful space. Meg offers a dynamic schedule of classes for all levels and no matter which class you take, you can expect a high quality experience. Supta is a supportive community space and no matter if its your frist or hundredth time in the studio, you will be welcomed with a smile. Supta has everything from post yoga eye towels to inspiring music, to a the convenient mid-island location- with parking! Highly recommend!

The best studio in every aspect! The experience was seamless and I was blown away by how great I felt after class. As a yoga instructor, sometimes its hard to "let go" of being a teacher. This studio gave me space to unfold as a student and I felt incredibly clear, invigorated, and happy during and after class. I absolutely fell in love.
