Great gym. Joined in 2010 and have had nothing but good experiences. From the owner to the trainers to fellow members, everybody is friendly and welcoming. I"ve left Anytime Fitness twice over the years to join gyms closer to home or work. Never had a problem with closing my account and stopping the monthly membership fee. Both times though, I rejoined Kingston Anytime. I now drive past a YMCA, a Planet Fitness and another Anytime Fitness amongst other gyms and drive the extra distance for the atmosphere of Kingston. Worth the trip.

Do not sign up for membership here under any circumstance. Their are some nice fitness instructors who work there but the company or owner is awful. After going for some time I stopped by to cancel my membership (when my policy was up), the manager told he would stop my membership immediately. A year later I check my bank statement only to realize Im still getting charged! (Its under a financial institutions name) Apparently I was lied to and better yet my policy auto-renewed without any authorization! What a scam.

Ive been going here for almost 7 years and really love it. The people have become like a family, staff is awesome, price is right. A few years ago they added classes which has been a great addition. Its nice to mix up your workout, and the instructors are really helpful and explain everything. Can I give it 6 stars?
