The funeral director at my mothers funeral was rude and obnoxious. He put my mothers casket to the side of the room. We had to ask him to put it in the front. When we were at home preparing for the funeral, he called the house asking for us to pay the bill. At the burial, he prayed along in a loud voice. What an awful person.
