It has been quite a while since going here and I hope to never return. A close family member died, my father was in charge of all the arrangements. Upon arrival for the funeral they refused to take my name or relation for the procession. My husband, children, and I were placed at the end of the procession despite my going to them twice to state our relationship. The only reason I could figure we were treated so disrespectful was because my husband is black and my children biracial. This made us last to get to the church. The programs my sister worked so hard making were never distributed to the guests because they were in my car. It was the job of my boys to hand them out at church. Point being, the prejudicial judgement of the old guys in charge that day hurt more than me and my immediate family. Hope they are proud of themselves.

In checking for the right service for my mother-in-law we sat with Mike and talked about what we wanted for her.We told him we would get back to him in a day or so.Placed two calls to Mike the next day,to which he never called back. The day after we finally got in touch with him and he stated "I thought you were going to call me the next day" and with that he said "I think you should find some one else ". If he is that "Cold" with people before you use his service, I can only imagine to how he would have handled the service . Maybe it was because we didnt want a real big fancy, expensive service , who knows how and what he was thinking, the one thing for sure you do not want a person like him to handle your last requests for your loved ones..Ego and Greed are a terrible mixture for a person in that kind of business......

The Trainor Funeral Home has been serving my family for three generations. When my wife passed away they took care of everything and made a miserable time in my life a bit easier to bare.
