We took my three year old nephew to Inn St Barbershop today to just "clean up" the sides. It was Saturday morning & there was about a 20 minute wait. There were nasty piles of hair all over the floor until finally one of the patrons swept up! Finally when my nephew got up in the seat, the woman asked me what I wanted. I told her to just "clean it up around the sides and back". She immediately told me what SHE wanted and not what I said. I tried to explain and then she started shearing his beautiful little curls right off the top of his head! I tried to stop her and she told me "Well, your committed now. Theres nothing you can do!" I wanted to throttle her. When she was finished shaving my poor nephews head, my boyfriend let her "trim" his beard. I am still wondering what possessed him to sit in her chair after that. She then proceeded to scalp his beard into a lop-sided menace on his face. I am hoping he shaves it off at this point!!! I left no tip, feeling that she was lucky I paid her at all. By the way, I am giving it one star only because there has to be at least one star in order to post a review. They dont even deserve the one star!

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days, but after at least 4 hairs cuts (at least 2 on my husband and 2 on my son) I will not be returning. I had to fix both of my sons haircuts when we got home and my husbands haircuts needed to be fixed too. I like to support local businesses, but I wont go here again. Overall the hair is choppy and not smooth, there are long, stray hairs around the ears, the bangs are really crooked and you need to shower immediately because of scratchy hair on the clothes.

Just moved to the area. Lived about an hour away and had never had my hair cut by anybody but the old faithful barber Id been getting cut by since I was a kid. This place is a solid barber shop though. Good service, good cuts, and nice old school barbershop type of atmosphere, good people cutting. Definitely recommend. Great prices too, two thumbs up.

Wow a 20 minute wait and piles of hair on a Staurday morning!!! Id call that a validation of the joint. Youll get a haircut that costs less than your mortgage payment. You may pick up a juicy tidbit of the comings and goings of the Port City (no extra charge) and if you behave you might get a tootsie pop.
