I have been bringing my sons there for almost 8 yrs now. I absolutely love the service and environment. We as people are usually quick to point out the negative. So I felt I should come on here and write something positive about a place that has made me enjoy going to get my sons haircuts instead of dreading it. Thank you for the A1 service always. In reference to the prior post its kind of hard to compare getting a hair cut to the lunch line in jail. But I could see why you would not like the place because its not ghetto enough for you.

Crew Cutz is Quincys savior for the average Joe. Cuts are done stylish and proffessionally, the same product youd get at a higher end barbershop, and without the attitude and pompousness! Instead Crew Cutz has bumpin music, everyone is in good spirits and makes the time fly by. I got a mohawk from Debbie that came out better than i wanted it, especially the line-up (shes really good at line-ups and fades). SUPER CHEAP cuts! 15$ on a Wednesday!

Awful service! I scheduled an appointment by phone, but when I arrived I was said that there is no appointment for my name and phone number, like the person who was answering the call did not put my name in. Also, they were booked for the end of the day, so I had to look for another Barber shop in the last minute. The guys there did not even try to help or figure out why my appointment was not scheduled.

If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this place. They do not know how to run a business. you book an appointment, and they will cancel on the day you are scheduled to come in. No one in management knows what the hell is going on. Completely worthless. Dont waste your money on people who clearly dont want to provide a service.

Honestly, this place deserves a ZERO star and they are terrible with timing! Never trust their website neither appt calls. My appointment was canceled twice in a row, even though I scheduled online and confirmed via phone call..... If time is not important to you and you enjoy waiting on terrible $5 chairs, I recommed you go here.

Great service, great haircuts but very poor with timing. Barbers are always running late. Ive never seen a barber during my scheduled time. They are always about 15-30 minutes behind, which can be frustrating if you are busy. Would not recommend scheduling here if you are ever in a rush.

I worked at crew cutz quite a few years ago and I loved it. I will be forever grateful for my experience there. I learned so many barbering skills. I am a stylist but take pride that I can also do a fade like the best of them!! I was taught by the best!

Arrived at 12pm for a hair cut on Saturday July 1st and I was told the whole day was booked.Really so everybody was on appointment the whole day ? Sign says "walk in welcome" Hard to believe.AVOID...

Terrible service felt like i was in the chowline in Southbay, plus iv never walked out with a good lineup always something funky or uneven about it plus they are wicked expensive for no good reason.

Ive only dealt with Brian. Hes a very respectful guy and a professional barber...especially with beard line-ups. Although theyre on the pricier side, the place is clean and comfortable.

Great hair cuts and customer service is outstanding! I got my haircut and then jumped into the tanning bed for under 20 bucks! And checked my email for free! Ask for John his the best!

It was awful. That was my first and the last time when I chose Debbie. I didnt get what i wanted. I think shes not sure what shes doing.... DONT CHOSE DEBBIE !!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah Debbie is a hot mess, my hair actually doesnt look bad but my beard is all sorts of messy and she comes off as trashy and unprofessional, she is a sweet woman though

Great haircuts. I have had both Lawrence and Andrew. They do get busy because they are good, so think about calling ahead if you want a 4-7pm cut. Worth the wait.
