Hubby bought me a gift certificate. It was my first time. I asked how much a cut and color was and was told by Kelly it was $100. I never said blowdry, just a cut and color. I found out during the appointment that the price included a blowdry and went with it even though I hadnt booked a blowdry. At checkout I was told $105.00. I mentioned Kelly said $100 and they said "Sorry its $105." Ok you got the extra $ but lost a client in the process.

The management of this place takes away from any positives of the service providers. I hadnt been here in many years, decided to give it one last shot and was reminded (in the twenty plus minutes it took to check out) why I stopped coming here in the first place. I will definitely not be returning.
