I wish I knew the asian womans name so that I could address her by her name instead. She did my daughters nail and had such great patience with my child and was so pleasant. She took her time! I would give her five stars. Unfortunately the salon did not open at the time that it has advertised. I did not get in until an hour later through the door. Another lady had to be called to do my hair and when she finally arrived she wanted to over charge me and force me to do rollos because she said it wold just take her hours to do. I ended up going to Anaconda on Broadway Everett Which charged me less money and it only took the lady about 35 minutes to leave my hair looking like a super star. For that lady from Allure whom did not know what she was talking or have the expertise to handle my hair which by the way is very short I would give her a 1 star rating.

Dawn is amazing! Dawn, the former owner, is great and her customer service and attention to detail is why I keep going back. I have been going to her for over 7 years, and I wouldnt go to anyone else. She knows me, what I like and what styles look best on me. She always makes me feel comfortable and welcome.
