When I accidently locked my keys in my car, I called Ace. I was told a tech could be here within the hour and promised a call back with the specific time he would be here. 30 mins passed and I had still not received a call back. I called Ace back. I was told yet again they would call me right back. Unbelievably no return call was received! My 3rd call was to cancel the request as I had called another service. An hour had already passed.

This business is fantastic. I worked with Mark earlier today. Came out to help me get back into my house. Gave me an honest price over the phone and gave same price when he got to my house - which unfortunately is not the same for all locksmiths. Mark was very trustworthy, friendly, professional, and good! I turned to him to save from getting ripped off by another locksmith I found earlier in the day.
