Same as previous people have stated, this place is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got charged $60 for 2 people during the month it was suppose to cancel! Then she proceeded to tell me I needed to give 30 day notice when I went there a couple of months to tell them I want to cancel my account but couldnt until June, so I said put it in that my membership expires in June. Well its June and Ive been charged $60 when I was only paying $20. I havent even gone to the gym since September 2015!!!!!! Ive been paying $20 month since then even when I wasnt going! Waiting for call from manger, if I dont get one or she doesnt help then I will definitely be calling the corporate office!

WARNING DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT WITH BOOST! Have to agree with the other reviews here this place is a huge scam. Signed up for personal training services. Boost works with a company called Pure Core. Pure Core is another scam company based in Arizona just look at there profile on the BBB website and you will quickly see what I am talking about. Boost and this company Pure core have both tried to collect $140 every month for PT services that were never provided. If you call Brian who is the "Manager of the Physical Training Department" he will play dumb and and tell you he has no idea about the charges. Save yourself the headache and find another gym.

Horrible customer service. They never informed me when I signed up that I was in a contract and wouldnt let me cancel, and then withdrew an extra 40 dollars from my account for a service fee without making me aware of it, which then put my account in the negative. When I called I was basically told oh well. When my membership is over I will not be returning.

BEWARE BOOST FITNESS; I have signed up for the highest cost membership to be able to cancel any time with NO CONTRACT... through the elaborate registration process, they have you SIGN AND INITIAL THAT YOU ARE IN A 11 MONTH CONTRACT! Do not believe the advertisements OR THE WEBSITE CLAIMING THAT THERE IS NO COMMITMENT! BOOST FITNESS LIES!
